Customer Page
The NetTrak customer page offers a variety of fields in which to permanently store and record all your customers' information. The data is categorized into a series of tabs located across the top of the page.
Appointment Page
The NetTrak appointment page allows you to track of all your scheduled appointments. With a few simple clicks you may pull up appointments by type, time frame, or a combination of the two.
Sales Reports
NetTrak's real-time reports can be accessed within seconds. Additionally, a Custom Report Generator offers you the flexibility to create your own specialized reports.
Mail Client
The NetTrak email client is a full HTML editor, providing you with all the tools you need to get creative.
Automation Tab
The Automation tab within the customer page displays all automation currently scheduled for that customer.
Status Menu
The NetTrak status menu palette gives you 38 different choices to help sales guides keep track of the last action taken on that lead... With the click of the mouse they know exactly what they did last on each customer.
Automation List
This page shows management of every automated email, snail mail and follow-up phone call that is scheduled to go out. Modify and edit your automation from this page.
NetTrak Navigation
The NetTrak navigation menu is available with a right click from anywhere in the program. This Navigation menu is a perfect example of the intuitive and easy to use design of NetTrak.
